forms in reporting services

Is there a way to insert forms in reporting services. If so, how would this be done>?

Reporting Services is not a data entry application so you should probably look at a custom web/windows app or Infopath.

I know that you can't create forms in reporting services, but you can import a form in to the system. Do you know how that would be done.

when creating a data entry form in reporting services. just like you can upload an .rdl file or an excel file, can you upload a entry form in which data can be entered into a backend sql server database.

Are you using Sharepoint or Report Manager?

You will probably have to write a custom web app or web part to enter data into a sql database, or use the sql web data administrator tool.

There is no facility for creating a data entry form in reporting services.
